Sunday 20th October 2019, we will attend as speakers, in the bakery area in Milan and in the Masters of Sourdough area (Hall 6 Booth L32 – M39), the talk show “The technological elements which influence the quality of Panettone and help extending its shelf life”.
The event comes after the crowning of the winner of the Panettone World Championship competition, whose semi-finalists were selected during the “Night of the Masters of Sourdough” in Parma on 22nd July 2019.
